Shipping

All of your orders are handmade, packed and shipped from Milton, Ontario Canada.

Please keep in mind I am just one person doing everything so your patience is appreciated during busier periods! I do usually ask for 2-5 days for production and then once your items are completed they are usually shipped within a day or two. I drop off shipments in batches so you may get a tracking number a few days before it actually starts to move.

I currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

I use a few third party shippers such as ChitChats and Stallion Express, which will use various shipping companies, such as USPS in the USA, Dragonfly or Canada Post in Canada and other companies for international. These may change based on the suppliers my shipping company uses.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. I am legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required.

If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information.

US orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) which means that any applicable fees are covered within your shipping fee. My items are CUSMA compliant so there are no additional duties or Tariffs, just processing fees. The US flat rate shipping has been increased to cover these costs. Orders over $200 are shipped free.

While my products are made from fabrics that are printed in China, the entire production process takes place in Canada, which means the products carry Canada as a country of origin. While the tariff amounts change frequently, they will not be subjected to any additional tariffs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time please contact me so I can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and I will work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability.

Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, I are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.

Canada Provinces: $5 flat rate, free over $100
Canada Territories: $17 Flat rate, free over $200

USA: $14 flat rate, free over $200

Australia & New Zealand: calculated shipping and free over $150

EUROPE SHIPPING

As of December 13, 2024 the EU is introducing new regulations for product safety with the GPSR rules. In order to be compliant to ship to the EU I would need to appoint and pay for an EU representative, which is not viable for a small business such as myself. Due to these new restrictions I have stopped all shipping to European Union countries for the foreseeable future, in order to not be penalized under the new rules. I will be able to continue to sell to the UK, as they are not part of the European Union.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience, as I want to include as many countries as possible but this new law has made it next to impossible for small businesses to continue to sell in Europe.
