I want you to be super happy with your product, and if you are not, you can return your item within 15 days of receiving it. Please contact me to start the return process. Returns shipping is at your expense and the refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected for condition. If the item is not in pristine condition to be sold again, the refund will be denied.
if the item is damaged or defective in any way, please send me an email with an explanation as well as photos and we will determine the best course of action.

EXCHANGE

If you are not totally happy with your purchase or purchased the wrong item in error, you can always reach out to discuss an exchange. The return shipping is at your expense, as well as the new shipping for the exchanged item. If there is a price difference you will either be refunded or sent an invoice for the difference as well as the new shipping.
