All of your orders are handmade, packed and shipped from Milton, Ontario Canada. please keep in mind I am just one person doing everything so your patience is appreciated during busier periods! I do usually ask for 2-5 days for production and then once your items are completed they are usually shipped within a day or two. I drop off shipments in batches so you may get a tracking number a few days before it actually starts to move.
I currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and most Western European Countries including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
I use a third party shipper called ChitChats, which will use various shipping companies, such as USPS in the USA, Intelcom or Canada Post in Canada and Ascendia USA for international. These may change based on the suppliers my shipping company uses.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. I am legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required. If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information. RETURNS I want you to be super happy with your product, and if you are not, you can return your item within 15 days of receiving it. Please contact me to start the return process. Returns shipping is at your expense and the refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected for condition. If the item is not in pristine condition to be sold again, the refund will be denied. if the item is damaged or defective in any way, please send me an email with an explanation as well as photos and we will determine the best course of action. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time please contact me so I can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and I will work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability.
Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, I are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.
